WTFkery Friday (sorta NSFW and involving panties)
It’s been a while since I found something suitable for a good dose of WTFkery. This one is a bit NSFW and the dudebro readers might want to skip this. *ahem* Anyway, I think the picture sorta says it all (and special thanks to Tumblr. Where would I be without your random amounts of wtfkery?) I would probably wear these (*eyeballs the unicorn and Dawn of the Red*) – if you’re interested, check them out over at Hairbrained Design.  Assuming you’re even still reading after these lovely pictures, I’m happy to announce that A Trace of Moonlight got 4 stars over at RT: A Trace of Moonlight is a testament to the significance of sacrifice: Abby Sinclair gives up her life, Talivar gives up his family and Brystion and Phineas (the hilarious mini-unicorn) give up a part of themselves in order to stop a mortal from ruining the world they’ve…

Blog Tour Schedule
Okay, so I’m posting a slightly reduced version of my Trace of Moonlight blog tour  schedule. (It’s a bit early, I realize, but I’m getting emails about it. Easier to just post it all here.) Basically, if you’re not on it and you really want to do a post/interview/review, you can contact me and let me know what you’d like to do and if I can fit it in, I will try. I can’t make promises, though – October is going to be a massively busy month with multiple cons and the book release. (And please contact me through the form – if you hit me up on Twitter or Facebook, I’ll probably agree to something and then totally forget.) Also, I’m trying to cut back on the number of guest posts I’m doing. If you want one, I’m just going to ask that you give me a subject if…

Blog Tour!
Okay guys – I’ve been getting emails like crazy about review copies and interviews, etc. for A Trace of Moonlight, so I’m happy to announce the sign-up for the blog tour is now live. Head over to Betwitching Book Tours to sign up. 🙂  (The actual blog tour will be from October 16th – November 14th.) Please note, I’m going to be doing less guest posts this time around – between NYCC and WFC within a two-week time span of each other (and heading to WFC the day after  A Trace of Moonlight releases) I’m going to be crazy busy. 🙂 Incidentally, if you want to help spread the word about A Trace of Moonlight’s release date, feel free to grab the countdown widget on the right sidebar and put it on your own sites. Here’s the code: <script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://cdn.widgetserver.com/syndication/subscriber/InsertWidget.js”></script><script type=”text/javascript”>if (WIDGETBOX) WIDGETBOX.renderWidget(‘f4027892-24d9-43b5-810e-f15ddab1b1b0’);</script> <noscript>Get the <a href=”https://www.widgetbox.com/i/f4027892-24d9-43b5-810e-f15ddab1b1b0″>Countdown Creator…

I guess this is the part where I breathe a sigh of relief. Or maybe I get depressed because it’s over? Yes, that is a shot of the pages before I mailed them out. Yes, I am questioning why douche bags is listed as two words, when it should be one. These are the things that make my world turn, obviously. It’s a bit odd knowing that for all intents and purposes, my book contract is officially over. I mailed those first pass pages off this morning and as of now, I’m done. (Yes, there’s all the promo stuff to do – the swag to hand out, the guest blogs and the cons, but the contract itself is filled.) And yes, it is bittersweet. Reading through those pages one last time and correcting the small things, I can’t help but wonder if I could have done things differently. Or if…
